Tamarack Drafting Co. maintains the right to deny services should the business relationship between Tamarack Drafting Co. and the customer/purchaser become volatile.
Tamarack Drafting Co. is not liable for errors in the final product, damage to your print once the print has left Tamarack Drafting Co.'s possession, or for website/social media downtime.
All portraits and prints are subject to copyright rules. If customer shares Tamarack Drafting Co. work on social media, creates duplicates (prints on t-shirts, cups, etc.), the artwork must be attributed to Tamarack Drafting Co.. No adaptations are accepted or allowed. Portraits and prints are for non-commercial use only.
Tamarack Drafting Co. forbids unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. on our website, social media, email inbox, and elsewhere within Tamarack Drafting Co. jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the unique and original nature of our artwork, all sales from tamarackdraftingco.com are final. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing the sale.

All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Condition of Artwork: All pieces are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
